Who can take part
- You weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg) and have a BMI between 18 and 40.
- Your liver disease is classified as 'moderate' (Child-Pugh class B) and has been stable without quick worsening.
- You must not smoke or use nicotine products, and you haven't used them in the past 3 months.
- You must not have uncontrolled diabetes, active hepatitis or HIV infection, kidney disease, or a history of certain cancers (some cured cancers may be okay).
- You must not have severe liver complications like active bleeding from veins in the esophagus, large amounts of belly fluid, or a liver transplant.
