Who can take part

  • You are an adult (18 or older) with a type of breast cancer called HR-positive, HER2-negative.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse while on hormone therapy or within 12 months of finishing it.
  • You have a specific gene change (PIK3CA, AKT1, or PTEN) in your tumor.
  • Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body or is locally advanced and cannot be removed with surgery.
  • You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities) and have not had more than 2 types of hormone therapy or 1 type of chemotherapy for advanced breast cancer.
