Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with interstitial lung disease (a group of lung conditions that cause scarring).
  • Your lung disease has been stable for at least one month (no hospital visits for sudden worsening).
  • You do not have severe heart, liver, or kidney failure, or an active cancer.
  • You have not had a respiratory infection (like a cold or flu) in the past two weeks.
