Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has been confirmed by biopsy and has gotten worse after at least one previous treatment
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 more weeks
  • Your organs and bone marrow are working well enough, based on blood tests
  • You are not pregnant, and if you could become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose
