Who can take part
- You have a solid tumor that is locally advanced or has spread to other parts of the body, and standard treatments have stopped working.
- You are 18 years or older and have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI).
- You are in generally good health, able to do most daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1), and expected to live at least 3 months.
- You must provide a tumor tissue sample (from a past biopsy or surgery) or agree to a new biopsy to check for FGFR2b protein levels on your cancer cells.
- You cannot have active eye problems (especially with the cornea), lung inflammation, or untreated brain metastases.
- You cannot be infected with HIV, active hepatitis B, or hepatitis C.
