Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 70 years old (or 65+ for the elderly group).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18 and 32.
  • You must not be pregnant or planning a pregnancy, and agree to use effective birth control for 6 months after the last dose.
  • If you have liver problems, you must be diagnosed with Child-Pugh Grade B liver disease and have stable kidney function.
  • If you have kidney problems, you need moderate or severe chronic kidney disease (CKD stage 3 or 4) with stable kidney function.
  • You cannot have certain medical conditions, allergies, or be taking medications that interfere with the study drug.
