  • You have had depression or anxiety in the past, but have been feeling better for at least 2 months.
  • You speak Norwegian or another Scandinavian language fluently.
  • You are okay with being assigned to either treatment option, even if it's not the one you'd prefer.
  • You have a smartphone to use for the study.
