  • You were discharged from a participating Asklepios clinic within the last 4 weeks
  • You are between 12 and 17 years old
  • You have a diagnosis of moderate or severe depression (without psychosis)
  • You can give consent (or a parent/guardian can)
  • You have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet
