Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a full-thickness rotator cuff tear confirmed by MRI.
- Your shoulder is stiff or stuck, making it hard to lift your arm forward past 100 degrees or rotate it outward past 10 degrees.
- You are scheduled for arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery to repair the tear and loosen the shoulder.
