Who can take part

  • You have a torn supraspinatus tendon (part of the rotator cuff) confirmed by MRI
  • The tear is small enough to repair (tendon hasn't pulled back more than 2 centimeters)
  • Your muscle shows minimal fatty breakdown (stages 0–2)
  • You've never had surgery on this shoulder
  • You're not currently taking medications that suppress your immune system
  • Your BMI is between 18 and 35 (height and weight must be in a healthy range)
