Who can take part
- You have advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and hasn't been treated with chemotherapy yet.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are able to swallow pills and don't have major stomach or bowel problems.
- Your kidney and liver function tests are within certain limits, and your blood counts are high enough.
- You haven't had other cancers (except some minor ones) that have come back in the last 2 years.
