Who can take part
- Confirmed pancreatic adenocarcinoma (cancer) that has spread or cannot be surgically removed
- Your cancer must have a KRAS mutation and HER2 positivity (specific genetic markers found through tumor testing)
- You must have received at least one previous chemotherapy treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer
- Your blood counts, liver function, kidney function, and heart function must be within acceptable ranges
- You must be at least 18 years old and generally healthy enough for treatment (performance status of 2 or better)
