Comparing two prostate cancer surgeries for low-risk patients
Part of Cancer, Kidney & urinary clinical trials.
This trial compares two types of prostate surgery (standard removal vs. precision removal) in men with low- or intermediate-risk prostate cancer. It aims to see which surgery preserves urinary and sexual function while still effectively treating the cancer.

This Phase 2 study compares two schedules of radiation treatment after prostate surgery in men whose PSA starts rising again. It aims to see which radiation approach works well while tracking quality of life and safety.
This trial compares two standard treatments for prostate cancer that hasn't spread: surgery to remove the prostate (radical prostatectomy) and radiation therapy (curative radiotherapy). It looks back at past patients to see which treatment worked better.
This trial compares two nerve-sparing techniques during robotic prostatectomy to see which better preserves urinary and sexual function while still effectively removing the cancer. It is for men with early-stage, favorable-risk prostate cancer who are good surgical candidates.
This trial compares two ways of treating localized prostate cancer: H-FIRE versus laparoscopic prostate surgery. It may help find which approach works best for people with early-stage, non-spread prostate cancer.
This trial studies a “two-step” type of prostate removal surgery for men with localized prostate cancer, focusing on whether it is safe and effective. It may help if you have certain prostate size, PSA level, and tumor features that match their criteria.
This trial compares two types of lymph node removal during prostate cancer surgery to see if removing fewer lymph nodes is just as effective. It is for men with prostate cancer that has not spread beyond the pelvis.
