Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer confirmed by a prostate biopsy.
- Your scans show cancer is localized (not spread beyond the prostate region).
- Your prostate is larger than 70 mL on ultrasound or MRI.
- Your Gleason score is 7 or less (up to 4+3).
- Your PSA before surgery is under 20 ng/mL.
- You should be healthy enough that your expected survival is over 10 years.
