  • You have symptomatic heart failure (Stage C or D, meaning you have shortness of breath, swelling, or fatigue)
  • You have evidence of heart failure from tests like an echocardiogram or a high NT-proBNP/BNP level
  • You are not allergic to iohexol, relmapirazin, or adhesives
  • You have no severe fluid buildup (like Grade 3-4 edema or ascites)
  • You are willing to use birth control if needed
