A study of CAR-T therapy for CD20+ blood cancers

This trial tests a new type of CAR-T therapy designed to target and kill CD20-positive cancer cells in people with blood cancers like B-cell lymphoma or lymphocytic leukemia. It is an early study to see if this approach is safe and works.

NCT07362758Not yet recruiting· Early Phase 1
mRNA therapy for autoimmune diseases

This trial tests a new mRNA treatment that targets a protein called CD19 on immune cells. It may help people with severe autoimmune diseases like lupus, ITP, or AIHA when other treatments haven't worked.

NCT06081478Recruiting· Phase 2
Targeted CAR-T cell therapy for advanced lymphoma or leukemia

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T) that targets two proteins on cancer cells—CD19 and CD22—to treat lymphoma or leukemia that has come back or not responded to standard treatment. It aims to see if this two-target approach works better.

NCT07388212Not yet recruiting· Early Phase 1
mRNA therapy for relapsed autoimmune diseases

This early-phase trial tests an mRNA drug that targets CD19 and BCMA proteins. It aims to treat autoimmune diseases like lupus that have come back or not responded to other treatments.

NCT04532281Recruiting· Early Phase 1
CD19 CAR-T therapy for relapsed or resistant blood cancers

This early-phase study tests a treatment called CD19 CAR-T, made from your immune cells, for people whose CD19+ blood cancer has come back or did not respond. It may help your body better recognize and attack cancer cells, but eligibility is tight and the study is still early.
