Who can take part

  • You are 60 years old or older.
  • Your pelvic injury happened from a simple fall or minor accident (not a high-impact crash).
  • You have a specific type of pelvic fracture called an LC1 fracture, confirmed by X-ray or CT scan.
  • The fracture is not severely out of place (less than 10 mm of displacement on CT).
  • Your injury occurred within the last 21 days.
