Who can take part

  • You are 60 years or older
  • Your pelvic fracture was caused by low-energy trauma (like a fall) within the last 3 weeks
  • You have been diagnosed with osteoporosis
  • You were able to walk independently or with help before your injury
  • You do not have severe open wounds, skin infections, or severe psychiatric conditions
  • You are not currently receiving chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or long-term corticosteroid medications
