Who can take part

  • You are 60 years or older
  • Your pelvic fracture resulted from a low-energy injury (like a fall, not a car crash)
  • You have been diagnosed with osteoporosis (weak bones)
  • Your fracture is a specific type called FFP3 or FFP4
  • Your injury occurred within the last 3 weeks
  • You are healthy enough to undergo surgery and anesthesia
