Chemo plus immunotherapy and anti-angiogenic drug for TNBC before surgery
Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.
This trial tests whether adding sintilimab (an immunotherapy) and bevacizumab (a drug that blocks blood supply to tumors) to standard chemotherapy before surgery can improve outcomes for women with stage II or III triple-negative breast cancer. It may help your immune system fight the cancer more effectively.

This trial tests whether giving chemotherapy plus the immunotherapy drug toripalimab before surgery can improve outcomes for women with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer that tests positive for PD-L1.
This study tests whether adding an immune therapy (a PD-1 antibody) plus a blood-vessel–blocking treatment to standard chemo improves outcomes for people with surgically treated triple-negative breast cancer. Everyone gets chemotherapy, but some will also get the added drugs to try to reduce cancer coming back.
This trial tests whether giving a new immunotherapy drug (ivonescimab) together with standard chemotherapy before surgery can help shrink triple-negative breast cancer and improve outcomes.
This trial tests adding the immunotherapy drugs JS004 and toripalimab to standard chemotherapy before surgery for stage II-III triple-negative breast cancer. It aims to see if combining these immunotherapies with chemo works better than chemo alone or chemo with just toripalimab.
This trial tests whether adding focused ultrasound (HIFU) and an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 inhibitor) before standard chemotherapy can improve outcomes for women with stage II or III triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). It aims to find a more effective way to shrink tumors before surgery.
This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy given before surgery for early-stage triple-negative breast cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and improve outcomes.
