Who can take part
- Be a woman age 18 to 70 and agree to sign the study consent form
- Have stage IIA to IIIC triple-negative breast cancer that has been removed with surgery and has not spread to distant organs
- Have the ability to attend visits and complete study tests and treatments as scheduled
- Have good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1) and meet blood-test and organ-function thresholds from tests done within 28 days before treatment
- Be able to use reliable birth control during treatment and for months after the last study drug dose (or be postmenopausal/sterilized)
- Have not had prior chemo for this cancer and have never received anthracycline or taxane chemotherapy for any cancer
