Who can take part

  • You are male and between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have had enlarged breasts for more than 1 year, confirmed by ultrasound.
  • Your breast growth did not improve with medication, or you choose not to take medication.
  • Your gynecomastia is at least stage IIb (moderate to severe) according to the Simon grading system.
  • You want surgery due to breast pain, social pressure, or emotional distress.
