Who can take part

  • You must be a woman between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of early-stage breast cancer (invasive or non-invasive).
  • Your cancer must be at a stage that allows for either breast-conserving surgery or complete removal of the breast (mastectomy) with immediate reconstruction.
  • If you are having breast-conserving surgery, the tumor must be no larger than 3 cm.
  • You must be generally healthy, with adequate organ function (blood, liver, kidneys, clotting).
