Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 75 and can give informed consent
- Your breast cancer is HR-positive and HER2-negative (ER and/or PR positive, and HER2 not amplified)
- Your cancer is locally advanced (cannot be fully treated with local therapy) or has come back or spread (metastatic)
- You haven’t had chemotherapy or targeted therapy for metastatic disease
- Your scans show measurable disease, or you have certain bone lesions
- Your blood, liver, and kidney tests meet required levels, and you can do daily activities well (ECOG 0–2)
