Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have non-small cell lung cancer that was stage IIIA or IIIB when first diagnosed.
- You had chemotherapy plus an immunotherapy drug before surgery, followed by surgery that removed all visible cancer.
- After surgery, cancer cells were found in the lymph nodes (in the chest or near the lungs).
- You are able to start radiation or immunotherapy within 4 to 10 weeks after surgery.
