- You are between 12 and 18 years old
- You have had type 1 diabetes for at least one year
- You and your mother have internet access at home
- You have a DEPS-R score of 20 or higher (screening for eating problems)
- You do not have any other chronic illness besides type 1 diabetes
- Both you and your mother agree to take part and complete the program
