Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have epilepsy that doesn't respond well to medication (drug-resistant), and the seizures start in one or a few areas of your brain.
  • You have at least 3 seizures per month on average.
  • Your epilepsy medications have been the same dose for the last 4 weeks (except a quick-relief pill).
  • You can understand, speak, and read French, and you're willing to give written consent.
