Who can take part
- You are a woman, 18 or older.
- You have triple-negative breast cancer (no estrogen, progesterone, or HER2 receptors).
- Your original tumor was between 2 and 5 cm and did not spread to lymph nodes or other parts of your body.
- You completed the full course of chemotherapy plus pembrolizumab (immunotherapy) before surgery.
- After treatment, an MRI and biopsy show no remaining cancer in the breast.
- You do not have a BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation or other high-risk genetic change.
