Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have been diagnosed with stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed with surgery or has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
- Your cancer must not have too much HER2 protein (HER2-negative).
- You must have already tried and progressed on a first treatment that included an immunotherapy drug (called a PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor) along with chemotherapy.
- You must be well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You should not have had paclitaxel (Taxol) or any drugs that target blood vessel growth (VEGF/VEGFR) in the past.
