  • You have a confirmed solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse during or after your last treatment.
  • You have tumors that can be measured on scans.
  • You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and agree to use effective contraception.
  • You have not had certain other cancers or serious lung, heart, or liver problems.
