Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that cannot be removed by surgery and has grown despite at least one prior cancer treatment.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (per RECIST criteria).
  • You are in good enough health to care for yourself (ECOG 0-1) and expected to live at least 3 months.
  • Your major organs (like liver, kidney, bone marrow) are working well, as shown by lab tests.
  • You agree to use effective birth control if you are of childbearing potential (women) or are a man who agrees to use condoms during and after treatment.
