Study of NBI-1065890 for tardive dyskinesia in adults

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder for at least 3 months.
  • You have tardive dyskinesia (uncontrollable muscle movements caused by antipsychotic medicines) for at least 3 months.
  • Your dyskinesia is moderate to severe, as assessed by a doctor using a standardized rating scale.
  • You do not have significant Parkinson-like symptoms, such as stiffness or tremors.
  • You have not been hospitalized for your mental health condition in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have a history of neuroleptic malignant syndrome (a rare, serious reaction to antipsychotic medication).
