Genetic factors of colon polyps in Korean adults

Who can take part

  • You are 19 to 85 years old.
  • You are having a colonoscopy to remove a colorectal polyp (also called an adenoma).
  • You have never had colorectal cancer, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or a genetic condition like FAP or Lynch syndrome.
  • You have not had any surgery on your colon before.
  • Your doctor can get a good enough tissue sample from the polyp for the study.
