- You have enough tumor tissue (or prior genetic data) to make the personalized vaccine.
- Your cancer has measurable spots on scans (RECIST criteria).
- You are willing to use birth control during the study if you or your partner could become pregnant.
- You do not have active infections, severe heart or lung disease, or other cancers within the last 5 years.
