Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have recently had surgery to remove a digestive system cancer (bile duct, pancreas, liver, stomach, or colorectal).
  • After surgery, you are able to receive at least 4 rounds of standard chemotherapy.
  • You must have a tumor tissue sample that is at least half a centimeter (about the size of a pea) to make the personalized vaccine.
  • You are in good general health and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You cannot have had other cancer treatments (like chemo or radiation) within 2 weeks before starting the vaccine.
