Who can take part

  • You are pregnant and have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes using a standard glucose test between 24 and 28 weeks of pregnancy.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a smartphone with reliable internet access.
  • You can read and understand Chinese.
  • You do not have type 1 or type 2 diabetes that was diagnosed before pregnancy.
  • You do not have a known major problem with your baby's development.
