Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You can read, write, and speak Turkish.
  • You have had type 2 diabetes for at least one year.
  • You take diabetes pills or insulin.
  • Your blood sugar control (HbA1c) has been above 7% in the last 3 months.
  • You own and can use a smartphone that plays videos and has an internet plan.
