Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis
  • You have had no MS flare-ups in the last 6 months
  • You have trouble using your arm or hand (like weakness, stiffness, or pain)
  • Your MS treatment has been stable for at least 4 weeks, and you're not planning to start a new treatment
  • You can understand English and follow simple instructions
