Who can take part
- You have had bladder cancer surgery (radical cystectomy) and the cancer was at stage pT3, pT4, or spread to nearby lymph nodes.
- You can take platinum-based chemotherapy.
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have a good performance status (ECOG 0 to 2), meaning you are up and able to care for yourself.
- You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the study plan.
- You have no serious complications after surgery, like severe heart or kidney problems.
