Who can take part
- You have muscle-invasive bladder cancer that hasn't spread beyond the bladder
- You are healthy enough for bladder removal surgery and expected to live at least 18 months
- Your kidney function is good (eGFR at least 60)
- You are able to walk and care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1)
- You have never had chemotherapy or immunotherapy for bladder cancer before
- You agree to provide tumor tissue, urine, and blood samples for testing
