Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a type of bladder cancer called neuroendocrine carcinoma, with at least half of the tumor cells being neuroendocrine type.
- Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body (stage T1-T4a, N0, M0, or limited lymph node spread that can still be removed by surgery).
- You have not had prior treatment with PD-1, PD-L1, or CTLA-4 inhibitors (a type of immunotherapy).
- Your kidneys, liver, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges as determined by blood tests.
