Who can take part

  • Your child must have a lower respiratory tract infection (like bronchiolitis or pneumonia).
  • Your child must have breathing symptoms like fast breathing, wheezing, chest pulling, or trouble breathing.
  • Your child must NOT have severe heart problems, cystic fibrosis, or certain chronic lung diseases.
  • Your child must weigh more than 3 kg (about 6.6 pounds).
  • You (the caregiver) must be able to speak English or Norwegian.
