Who can take part

  • You have advanced lung cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (not just in the brain).
  • You are in fairly good health (able to do daily activities without help).
  • Your cancer has not spread to the brain, spinal cord, or the lining of the brain.
  • You have not received certain prior treatments (immunotherapy, anti-VEGF drugs).
