Platelet-rich plasma with or without insulin for smell loss after infection

AnosmiaInflammatory Anosmia

Part of Brain & nervous system clinical trials.

This study tests whether a treatment made from your own blood (platelet-rich plasma) sprayed into the nose, with or without insulin, can help restore your sense of smell after an infection. You may be a good fit if smell training hasn't worked and your smell loss is recent.
