Testing a new brain stimulation for tremor and walking in Parkinson's

Who can take part

  • You are 50 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease for at least 2 years and have tremor or trouble walking
  • Your Parkinson's medications have been at the same dose for at least 4 weeks
  • You respond well to levodopa (a common Parkinson's medication)
  • You can walk without a cane or walker for at least 5 minutes
  • You do not have metal implants like a pacemaker or Deep Brain Stimulation device
