Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have PNH, confirmed by a specialized blood test (flow cytometry).
  • You have not taken any complement inhibitor medicines for PNH before.
  • You have received both meningococcal and pneumococcal vaccines.
  • You do not have serious bone marrow failure.
  • You do not have an active meningococcal infection or any unresolved meningococcal disease.
  • You do not have other serious health conditions that could affect the trial's results.
