Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You need to weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women) and have a BMI between 19 and 26.
  • If you or your partner can have children, you must agree to use effective contraception and not donate sperm or eggs for 3 months after the last dose.
  • You must not have a history of serious infections (like tuberculosis, meningitis, or pneumonia) or immune problems.
  • You must be willing to receive two vaccines (meningococcal and pneumococcal) at least 14 days before the first dose, if you join the multiple-dose part of the study.
  • You must be in good general health with no significant lab, heart, or lung findings.
