Part of Digestive system clinical trials.
This study tests a new medication called elafibranor for adults with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), a chronic liver disease. It aims to see if elafibranor can safely help improve liver health when compared to no treatment.

This trial tests whether fenofibrate can prevent primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) from coming back after a liver transplant. It is for adults who had a liver transplant for PSC between 1 and 7 years ago and have certain risk factors.
This Phase 2 trial studies a “detoxification” approach to improve liver and bile-duct function in people with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC). It may help lower abnormal bile flow markers and see whether the treatment is safe for your liver.
This early study looks at how a statin (cholesterol-lowering medicine) affects people with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) by measuring changes using multiple types of health data. It may help researchers understand which people benefit and how PSC biology changes with treatment.
This study tests a medication called norucholic acid for people with primary sclerosing cholangitis who already took part in an earlier trial of the same drug. It’s meant for those who either finished the previous study or stopped early because the drug wasn’t helping.
This study looks at what drives primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) and how it affects the body, using a team approach and medical tests like scans and blood work. It may help researchers understand PSC better and could improve future treatment decisions.
This trial tests a drug called elafibranor for people with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), a liver disease. It aims to see if the drug is safe and works well over a long time.
