Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have acute pancreatitis caused by high triglycerides (HTG-AP).
  • You have mixed hyperlipidemia (high levels of multiple blood fats).
  • You have not taken evolocumab in the last month before hospital admission.
  • You have not received any other lipid-lowering drugs or blood purification therapy before this episode.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you have no severe allergies or other life-limiting conditions.
