Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type of advanced solid tumor (like colorectal, gastric, liver, head and neck, breast, lung, or esophageal cancer) that has worsened after at least one prior treatment, and no other standard therapy is suitable.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are willing to provide a tumor sample from a previous biopsy or agree to have a new biopsy.
- Your general health is reasonably good (ECOG score 0-2) and your life expectancy is at least 12 weeks.
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting function are within certain limits.
